Hello! My name is Shanel, and I’m a certified Mindfulness and ADHD coach dedicated to helping women like me navigate life with ADHD. For years, I struggled to manage my symptoms while juggling daily tasks and responsibilities. Anyone with ADHD knows the constant overwhelm—the racing thoughts, the guilt, the frustration. Words like “lazy” and “unmotivated” were often thrown my way throughout my life. We’re constantly on, thinking and reeling, rarely finding moments to truly shut off and recharge.
Through trial and error, I discovered that mindfulness and creativity were the keys to calming my busy mind.
Practices like yoga, meditation, journaling, and engaging in creative outlets helped me reconnect with myself, find focus, and regain clarity. Traveling and immersing myself in new environments further deepened this sense of peace.
This journey inspired me to create FlourishWell Retreats—A place where you can feel safe knowing the person you're receiving coaching from, has most likely gone through the same things you have. A space where women with ADHD can step away from the noise of daily life and embrace a premium experience designed just for them. I offer personalized coaching to empower women with ADHD to thrive through one-on-one and group sessions and help clients develop routines, tackle procrastination, and cultivate mindfulness.
Our wellness retreats combine mindfulness practices, creative workshops, and luxury travel to breathtaking destinations like Thailand, Portugal, and Bali. They’re not just a treat for yourself (because you deserve it!) but an opportunity to “turn off your brain” and discover practical tools for managing ADHD with self-compassion and joy.
